Leveraging SciFi and Exponential Technology Horizon Mapping to Navigate an Uncertain Future

Technologies are accelerating at an exponential rate, yet most organizational structures and processes remain stubbornly linear. Yesterday’s best practices are no longer sufficient to succeed in today's fast-paced, tech-driven, disruptive world. Instead, new mindsets and skill sets are required for leaders to envision the future and stay ahead of competitors.

As part of our ongoing Exponential Enterprise Innovation series, this on-demand webinar focuses on how to innovate at the speed of technological change. Featured speakers, Kyle Nel, Founder and Executive Director of Lowe’s Innovation Labs, and Nick Davis, Managing Director of Corporate Innovation at Singularity University, offer their best strategies and tips to help leaders, particularly those charged with leading innovation in large organizations, to envision the future and better understand competitive landscapes.

Leveraging their work leading innovation at some of the world’s largest organizations, Kyle and Nick share the latest tools, techniques, and organizational models that are helping even the most complex enterprises thrive in today’s dramatically changing landscape.
